Account Issues

Can I change my account email?

No, account's email can't be changed.

What is the difference between an Aurum Account and a Game Account?

An Aurum Account is your website account. From your dashboard you can create multiple Game Accounts, which are the accounts used to log into the game servers.

I created a Game Account but cannot log in to the game.

Make sure you are using the Game Account credentials, not your website login.

Payments & Store

I topped up but my balance is not showing.

Please wait a few minutes and refresh. If the issue persists, open a ticket with your transaction ID and payment method.

I transferred balance to the wrong Game Account.

Contact support as soon as possible with both account names and proof of payment. We will review case by case.
