User Agreement

This Agreement is designed to regulate the relationship between the user and the copyrighter of the Internet Portal l2aurum.com.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Non-Affiliation

  • This is a fan-made, non-commercial project not affiliated with or endorsed by NCsoft Corporation. All Lineage II content belongs to its respective owners.

3. Account Use

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Do not share your login credentials.
  • Multiple accounts are allowed only if not used to exploit gameplay (e.g., dualboxing rules may apply).
  • Staff reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate server rules.

4. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to other players and staff.
  • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
  • Refrain from using bots, hacks, or exploits.
  • Report bugs or suspicious activity to staff.
  • Toxic behavior, cheating, or abuse may lead to warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans without refund.

5. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Any in-game rewards for donations are cosmetic or convenience-based and do not grant unfair competitive advantage.
  • Making a donation does not grant any ownership, influence over server management, or immunity from rules.

6. Server Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or reset game content, accounts, or rules at any time.
  • Add, remove, or rebalance features.
  • Shut down the server temporarily or permanently.
  • While we strive for stability, this is a fan-run project and uptime is not guaranteed.

7. Use of Discord

  • By joining our Discord server, you agree to follow both our community rules and Discord's Terms of Service. Staff may remove access for misconduct.

8. Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to deny access to any player who violates these terms, with or without prior notice. Decisions by the staff team are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • This server is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for lost progress, downtime, or data loss.

10. Agreement Acceptance

  • By creating an account, joining our Discord, or accessing any part of the server, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
